Coreweld 88HS Ni1 is a 1 % nickel low‑alloy gas‑shielded flux‑cored wire designed for high‑speed robotic or mechanised welding of sheet steel, delivering clean welds with minimal slag.
Key Features
- Enables welding speeds up to 90 ipm (vertical‑down)
- Low slag level reduces post‑weld cleanup and painting prep
- Produces few silicon islands and almost no slag at the toe
- Suitable for demanding structural, bridge, offshore and rail applications
