Exaton 19.12.3.LR

Exaton 19.12.3.LR is a chromium‑nickel‑molybdenum covered electrode with a rutile coating designed for welding low‑carbon, molybdenum‑alloyed austenitic stainless steels (316L and equivalents). It provides high corrosion resistance and consistent weld quality for a wide range of stainless, ferritic and martensitic steels.

Key Features

  • Rutile‑type coating for stable arc and easy slag removal
  • High Cr and Mo content for excellent corrosion resistance
  • Consistent chemistry and mechanical properties batch‑to‑batch
  • Available in 20–25 kg drums with moisture‑resistant packaging
  • Suitable for SAW (Submerged Arc Welding) in heavy‑duty environments

Specifications
