Exaton 19.12.3.LSiMo is a high‑performance MIG wire designed for welding austenitic stainless steel alloys (e.g., 316, 304, 321, 347) up to 400 °C. Its chemistry provides superior corrosion resistance thanks to increased Mo content.

  • Welding of 18 % Cr – 8 % Ni and 18 % Cr – 10 % Ni – 3 % Mo stainless steels
  • Overlay and joining of ASTM 316/316L/316Ti, 304/304L, 321, 347
  • Suitable for MIG/MAG, plasma, hot‑wire TIG and mechanized TIG processes
  • Heavy‑duty SAW applications where low moisture flux is required
