Exaton 22.9.3.LB is a chromium‑nickel‑molybdenum‑nitrogen covered stick electrode with a basic coating designed for welding 22‑23 %Cr duplex (austenitic‑ferritic) stainless steels such as SAF 2205.

Key Features

  • Basic‑type coating provides good welding properties in all positions and high impact strength at low temperatures.
  • High pitting corrosion resistance and resistance to stress corrosion cracking in chloride environments.
  • Suitable for service temperatures up to 280 °C (536 °F) and impact‑tough applications below –40 °C.
