Exaton 27.31.4.LCu is a copper‑alloyed chromium‑nickel‑molybdenum filler material for GTAW of high‑alloy austenitic stainless steels such as Sanicro 28 and Sanicro 41.

  • High corrosion resistance for aggressive environments (phosphoric/sulphuric acid, sour gas, seawater).
  • Consistent chemistry and mechanical properties batch‑to‑batch.
  • Suitable for joining and overlay welding, reducing the need for multiple weld passes.
  • Available in 5 kg drums with moisture‑resistant SAW flux packaging.
