Exaton 27.7.5.L (GMAW)
Exaton 27.7.5.L is a hyper‑duplex (austenitic‑ferritic) MIG filler metal offering high yield strength, superior pitting and crevice corrosion resistance, and excellent resistance to hydrogen‑induced stress cracking.

- Hyper‑duplex chemistry (≈65% ferrite, 27% Cr, 6.5% Ni, 5% Mo) for exceptional corrosion resistance
- Higher yield strength (≈755‑770 MPa) and tensile strength (≈900‑905 MPa) than super duplex grades
- Suitable for root‑pass welding of UNS S32750, S32760 and other super duplex steels
- Compatible with plasma welding, hot‑wire TIG, mechanized TIG and overlay applications
- Available in 0.8 mm and 1.2 mm diameters with multiple packaging options (1 kg, 15 kg, 20‑25 kg drums)
