Exaton 27.7.5.L is a Hyper duplex (austenitic‑ferritic) filler metal offering high yield strength, excellent pitting and crevice corrosion resistance, and superior HISC resistance for demanding stainless‑steel welding applications.

• Hyper duplex chemistry with approx. 60 % ferrite, 27 % Cr, 6.5 % Ni, 5 % Mo
• High yield strength (750 MPa) and tensile strength (900 MPa)
• Excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and hydrogen‑induced stress cracking
• Suitable for root‑pass welding of Super duplex grades (UNS S32750, S32760)
• Available in 5 kg coils (1.6 mm, 2.0 mm, 2.4 mm diameters)
