Exaton 47S is a highly basic welding flux for electroslag strip surfacing, delivering excellent slag removal and bead appearance, especially on duplex, super‑duplex and fully austenitic stainless steel.

  • High basicity for superior performance on duplex and super‑duplex stainless steels
  • Moisture‑resistant steel drum packaging (20‑25 kg drums)
  • Enables higher welding speeds and fewer cladding layers, reducing overall cost
