Exaton Ni41Cu welding wire is a nickel‑iron‑chromium‑molybdenum‑copper alloy designed for overlay and dissimilar metal welding in highly corrosive environments.

- Excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking in chloride and reducing acid environments
- Suitable for overlay welding, dissimilar joining of stainless steels to nickel alloys, hot‑wire TIG and mechanized TIG
- Consistent chemistry and mechanical properties batch‑to‑batch
- Available in 20‑25 kg steel drums with low‑moisture SAW flux
