Exaton Ni53 is a high‑temperature nickel‑chrome‑cobalt‑molybdenum alloy filler wire designed for GMAW applications up to 1100 °C (2012 °F).

Key Features

  • Excellent resistance to oxidation and carburization at temperatures up to 1100 °C
  • Consistent chemistry and mechanical properties batch‑to‑batch
  • Suitable for welding nickel alloys, austenitic and cast alloys, and dissimilar stainless‑steel to nickel joins
  • Available in 1.0 mm and 1.2 mm diameters, 15 kg drums
