Exaton Ni55 is a high‑alloy nickel‑chrome‑molybdenum filler metal (alloy 686) designed for MIG/MAG, hot‑wire TIG and mechanical TIG welding of nickel alloys and dissimilar stainless‑steel-to‑nickel applications.

  • Compatible with UNS N06022, N06059, N10276 and super‑duplex alloys.
  • Suitable for overlay welding of boiler tubes, petrochemical, oil & gas, and marine environments.
  • Available in 0.8 mm and 1.2 mm diameters, 15 kg drums.
