Exaton Ni72HP (GMAW)

Exaton Ni72HP is a high‑performance MIG wire filler material designed for joining NiCrFe alloys, 9% Ni steels for cryogenic service, and dissimilar stainless‑steel‑to‑nickel applications. It can be used in air up to 1175 °C and in sulphur‑dioxide atmospheres up to 800 °C.

  • Suitable for overlay welding with MIG/MAG, plasma, hot‑wire TIG and mechanized TIG
  • Excellent corrosion resistance thanks to high Cr and Mo content
  • Available in 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.2 mm, and 1.6 mm diameters
  • Packaged in moisture‑resistant drums (20‑25 kg) for SAW applications
