Exaton SX is a high‑silicon austenitic stainless‑steel MIG wire designed for joining grades such as UNS S32615 (e.g., Alleima® SX) in aggressive acid environments.

- Developed for concentrated sulfuric and high‑concentrated nitric acid applications
- Suitable for MIG, plasma, hot‑wire TIG and mechanical TIG overlay welding
- Consistent chemistry and mechanical properties batch‑to‑batch
- High corrosion‑resistant chemistry with increased Cr and Mo content
- Packaged in moisture‑resistant steel drums (20‑25 kg)
