OK Autrod 2209

OK Autrod 2209 is a continuous solid corrosion‑resistant duplex welding wire for austenitic‑ferritic stainless alloys (22% Cr, 5% Ni, 3% Mo). It offers high resistance to pitting, intergranular and stress corrosion, especially in chloride and hydrogen sulphide environments.

Key Features

• Duplex (22.5% Cr – 8% Ni – 3% Mo) alloy with low carbon for excellent corrosion resistance
• Available in standard spools and ESAB Marathon Pac bulk drums for high‑volume production
• Can be used with OK Flux 10.93 or 10.94 for submerged arc welding (SAW)
• Manufactured at ESAB’s Vamberk Center of Excellence (Czech Republic)
