OK Flux 10.62
OK Flux 10.62 is an agglomerated fluoride‑basic flux for Submerged Arc Welding (SAW), designed for multi‑run and narrow‑gap welding with excellent slag detachability and side‑wall blending.
Key Features
- Advanced Slag Release version for improved weldability and consistent grain size even after recycling.
- Low diffusible hydrogen levels (max 5 ml/100 g, 4 ml/100 g in BlockPac).
- Suitable for both DC and AC currents, single and multi‑wire procedures, butt and fillet welds.
- Operates optimally at the lower end of the voltage range; works on unlimited plate thickness.
- Available in moisture‑protected packaging (BlockPac, buckets, BigBag) for offshore, pressure vessel, shipbuilding and other heavy‑industry applications.
