OK Flux 10.66
OK Flux 10.66 is an agglomerated fluoride‑basic flux designed for Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) with OK Autrod B2 SC wire. It delivers clean weld metal with very low impurity levels, ideal for multi‑run welding of creep‑resistant Cr‑Mo steels.
Key Features
- Low diffusible hydrogen (max 5 ml/100 g) and low oxygen content (~300 ppm)
- Excellent slag release, suitable for narrow gap joints
- Compatible with both DC and AC currents, single or multi‑wire procedures
- Available in BlockPac (25 kg), bucket (25 kg) and BigBag (1000 kg) packaging for moisture‑free storage
- Designed for high‑toughness welds in petrochemical, power generation, and pressure vessel applications
