ThermaClad® 423N is a modified martensitic stainless steel wire designed for subarc SAW weld overlay on high‑wear continuous caster rolls, offering excellent wear resistance, hot hardness and corrosion protection.

• Deposition Data (2.4 mm): 300‑400 A, 25‑29 V, Full Range, TTW 25‑32 mm
• Deposition Data (3.2 mm): 400‑500 A, 26‑30 V, Full Range, TTW 32‑38 mm
• Subarc options available for both 2.4 mm and 3.2 mm diameters
